In this project, CDA was endorsed by MMoser Singapore to be their local partner of one iconic building, the new headquarter of Avian paint in Surabaya. A spacious and curvilinear lobby design to carry over the oval and spiral shape of the building into the interior, welcoming anybody with an awe into the space. An internal staircase was added including some voids to connect 7 floors featured with undulating decorative pendant lights. Different color accents for different floors to add dynamics, act as way findings as well as showing colors to the business of Client.
