CDA assisted Santos in their initial building evaluation which supported their decision to move to the 4th floor of Ratu Plaza. Occupying approximately 4,000 m2 in this very strategic location, Santos is unique in that it is all housed on one contiguous floor facilitating greater communication and interaction. CDA`s task was to avoid long expanses of corridors by creating departmental zones with unique characteristics. Some offices overlook balconies and others along with the break-out areas overlook a beautifully landscaped roof garden. The Atrium view to the retail floors below lends a dynamic air to the office atmosphere stimulating creativity. With operations primarily in Madura, CDA highlighted the area through large montages that depict Santos and the local culture.
